After leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the Super Bowl in his first season with the organization, Tom Brady has been rewarded with a new contract.
While rocking a No. 7 sweatshirt, the future hall of fame QB took to social media and reacted to his new deal.
“In pursuit of 8…LFG @Buccaneers we’re keeping the band together,” Brady wrote above the photo.

Brady’s original contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was a two-year, $50 million deal through 2021. The new deal lowers his previous cap hit of $28.375 million.

The 43-year-old showed he still has plenty left in the tank last season and he racked up 40 touchdown passes, his second-highest total in a single season, and his 4,633 passing yards were his most since 2015.
Brady behind center got the Bucs into the playoffs for the first time since 2007 and eventually their first Super Bowl win since beating the Oakland Raiders in Super Bowl XXXVII in January 2003.
Brady threw for 860 yards, seven touchdowns and three interceptions in playoff victories over the Washington Football Team, New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers.
