Julian Edelman had himself a rough two weeks as he watched as the Tennessee Titans eliminated the New England Patriots in the Wild Card round to end their season, and then he found himself under arrest the following week.
Edelman was arrested in Beverley Hills after jumping on a car and allegedly vandalizing it during a drunken night where he was out with former Celtics star Paul Pierce and ex-teammate Danny Amendola.
Edelman’s quarterback Tom Brady isn’t so forgiving, so he made sure to troll him about the situation by taking to Instagram and posting a bottle of his TB12 Electrolytes with the caption “@edelman11 it sounds like you need some of this.”
The 33-year-old was cited for misdemeanor vandalism and released.
Good friends, but it remains to be seen if they will remain teammates as the Patriots have a huge decision to make on his status going forward.
