Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers returned home to Raymond James Stadium on Thursday night to play the Baltimore Ravens after a brutal loss to the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte last week.
The Buccaneers quarterback entered this game dealing with rumors of a rift in his marriage with Gisele Bündchen, criticism for attending New England Patriots team owner Robert Kraft’s wedding, and the struggles of a team that’s started the season 3-4 after being one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl.
The 45-year-old became the most sacked quarterback in NFL history during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 27-22 defeat to the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has now lost three games in a row, the first time that’s happened in Brady’s storied career since 2002.
For the game, he completed 26-of-44 pass attempts for 325 yards with one touchdown.
Following the loss to the Ravens, it was reported that Brady was the last player on the team who still had his full uniform on as he sat at his locker.
The loss and the losing streak was clearly weighing heavy, but we had no clue what was to come in less than 24 hours.

After weeks of speculation, Brady and Gisele finalized their divorce after more than 13 years of marriage. Bündchen confirmed reports on Friday, writing they “have grown apart,” but that she wishes “the best for Tom always.”
Brady issued his own statement on social media:
“In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be at the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.”
The Buccaneers will face the Los Angeles Rams on Nov. 6 at home.
