For those wondering whether Tom Brady would be greeted with cheers or boos on Sunday night, when he takes the field to face off against his former team, I think we have our answer.
Upon his arrival in New England, Tom Brady was greeted by a thundering ovation from Patriots fans as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback made his way off the team bus and into the hotel.
It was quite the scene, as the seven time Super Bowl champion received a hero’s welcome that only he deserves:
This is Tom Brady’s first time back in New England since he took off for Tampa in 2020 free agency.
Whether or not the fans in Gillette Stadium give him the same time of warm welcome after they’ve have a few pints in them is anyone’s guess. But you have to think everyone in the stadium will put their differences aside and applaud TB12 once he breaks the all time passing yard record, which he is expected to do at some point early on in the contest.
