It’s been a crazy few months for the New England Patriots in 2019.
In February, the team won yet another Super Bowl after defeating the Los Angeles Rams.
Then, with all the rumors surrounding Rob Gronkowski and if he might retire, he killed those rumors by actually announcing it on Sunday that he was hanging up his cleats at the tender age of 29.
The Five-time Pro Bowl tight will not only be missed by Patriots fans and other fan bases, but the quarterback that was responsible for delivering him three Super Bowl rings before he headed off into the sunset.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady took to Instagram and reacted to losing one of his best friends and teammates on the field.
