Tom Brady may have played his final NFL game five months ago, but the seven-time Super Bowl champion isn’t using his post-playing career as an excuse.

Brady followed an extremely detailed workout plan and diet in order to keep himself in pristine shape throughout his playing career. As such, it’s no wonder he was able to play at a high level through his swan song age-45 season.

Since retiring, Brady has purchased ownership stakes in the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces and the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, both owned by Mark Davis. Brady is also set to make a move to the NFL broadcast booth in 2024, where he’ll call games alongside play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt.
