Earlier today, it was reported by several media outlets that Tom Brady was retiring from the NFL. It was somewhat odd that Brady wasn’t the one to break the news with a news conference or a witty Tweet, and now we’re hearing reports that he’s new very happy about how it all went down.
According to a leaked message that is reportedly from Tom Brady’s agent (via BSO), Brady has not officially decided to retire yet. Rather, Brady’s agent reiterates that “Tom will be the only person to express his plans with complete accuracy.”
Does this mean Tom Brady isn’t retired just yet? Could he still be making up his mind? Who told Schefter and Darlington that he was in fact done?
Whatever the case may be, it appears as though there is no official announcement just yet. But don’t be surprised if it comes very soon, as it looks like the beans have already been spilled.
