Last offseason, Tom Brady announced he was leaving the New England Patriots, but there wasn’t much interest towards him as reports stated the team he wanted to go to, the 49ers, were not interested in his services.
He would sign a 2-year deal with the Tampa Bay Bucs and heard nothing but critics and naysayers along the way.
Brady led the Bucs to an 11-5 record, then defeated the Washington Football team in the Wild Card round, Drew Brees and the Saints, and then Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game.
The team then shocked everybody by shutting down the high-powered offense of the Kansas City Chiefs en route to the franchise’s second title, Brady’s seventh overall.
