As things get better for Tom Brady on the field, he finds himself in another scandal off of it.
Tom Brady’s donations to his own charity, the TB12 Foundation, are now being called into question. Brady has allegedly only donated $200,000 to his charity. That is considerably terrible when you find out the foundation has paid Brady’s FOR-PROFIT company TB12 more than $1.6 million. It’s the only company listed as an “independent contractor,” according to The Daily Beast.
Public records for the quarterback’s charity revealed that Brady’s sports therapy and wellness company was in the red fiscally. In 2020, the company had an outstanding balance of $7 million in net capital.
In the meantime, his TB12 Foundation has doubled its revenues in recent years with donations from just a small number of supporters. The quarterback’s longtime body coach and company co-founder, Alex Guerrero, and the then-CEO, John Burns, became directors of the company.
Tax records show that the company paid Guerrero and Burns $497,461 and $630,846. Both Brady and Guerrero are each listed in the 2021 tax form as a “majority owner” of the company.
The report about Brady’s charity has left the NFL world fuming at him, with many of them comparing him to Brett Favre.

It’s been a rough go for Tom Brady in 2022 as his unretirement and return for a 23rd season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ultimately resulted in a divorce with his long time wife Gisele Bundchen, and not to mention, the Buccaneers are average while Brady is not looking like the player he was just last season.
After this latest report, don’t expect anybody to feel sorry for him.
