Tom Brady may have just suffered his first loss in the year 2021.
The Tampa Bay Bucs QB was in a joking spirit on MLB opening day when he tweeted a photo of himself at Olympic Stadium and wrote that the Expos were going to return and he was going to be part of the organization.
“With opening day today, excited to announce we’re bringing the Expos back to the MLB in 2022. Excited to be the first player/coach/owner in MLB history,” Brady wrote.
The Expos were the first MLB franchise located outside the United States, but after 2004, the team relocated to Washington, D.C. and became the Nationals.
Fans roasted Brady for his joke:

Brady was selected in the 18th round of the 1995 MLB Draft by the Montreal Expos. He was offered the typical contract offered to a late second-round or early third-round pick in MLB, but Brady was set on pursuing football.
