Many fans of the New York Giants absolutely despise quarterback Tom Brady, but he has never understood why.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal caller recently appeared on The Complex Sports Podcast and that the fan base should actually love him.
“How could you hate me when you’re a Giants fan? You should love me! That was the only team I never beat. The frickin’ Giants,” Brady said.
He said he still needs to figure out how to beat them on the biggest stage – and he hopes it’s a championship game.
“I got to figure out how to beat the Giants someday,” Brady said. “We have to have some kind of rematch in Tampa in a championship game.”
Tom Brady has won three straight regular season games against the Giants since losing to them in Super Bowl XLVI. None of those wins will ever make up for those two Super Bowl losses he suffered in 2008 and 2012.

Unfortunately for him, the Giants are in rebuild mode and have only qualified for the postseason one time since their Super Bowl XLVI win. Six of the last seven years the team has had losing records.
