What was thought to be a joke the first time around, doesn’t really seem that way after Todd Gurley went after his former team about money owed to him.
The new member of the Atlanta Falcons took to Twitter on Wednesday and requested that the LA Rams pay him his money.
Gurley was released by the Rams less than 24 hours after he would’ve been due a guaranteed $10.5 million roster bonus this offseason. He would soon sign a one-year, $6 million deal with Atlanta.
Even still, the Rams owe him $7.5 million in bonuses and that check clearly hasn’t made it to him as of yet.
Soon after his tweet, former Rams LB Clay Matthews chimed in about money owed to him as well.
