Tim Tebow is a beast. He is not letting the coronavirus stopping him from staying in shape.
The 32-year-old Heisman Trophy winner is still hoping to realize his dream of playing in MLB as he currently plays for the New York Mets minor league team. On Wednesday, the former NFL QB took to social media and showed off his insane quarantine workout by bench pressing 140 lb dumbbells.
“Just wanted to share this workout,” Tebow wrote on Instagram on Wednesday. “I know so many of the gyms are closed right now, but I thought this push/pull could still be valuable. One of my next goals is to share a workout you guys can do at home.”
In 306 minor league games, Tim Tebow has 222 hits in 1,002 at-bats while having 18 homeruns and 109 RBIs.
