The 2020 XFL season had to end prematurely after the coronavirus reeked havoc in the United States and ultimately led to Rudy Gobert of the NBA testing positive for it.
Before that happen, P.J. Walker was easily the best QB in the league as he led his Houston Roughnecks squad to a 5-0 record. Now, it seems like he is going to reap some rewards for his stellar play.
Mark Berman is reporting that the Seahawks, Cardinals and Broncos have contacted the Houston Roughnecks about their star QB.
The 25-year-old signed with the Colts in 2017, but would be waived coming out of the preseason.
During his one season with the Roughnecks, Walker threw for 1,338 yards, 15 touchdowns and four interceptions.
He is expected to be with some team in 2020.
