There are a few games on Sunday that could be impacted by Mother Nature.
A tropical storm is on track to hit the East Coast this weekend and if all the models’ projections are correct, it will have a major effect on Bills-Commanders, Colts-Ravens, and Patriots-Jets games.
NFL analytics expert Warren Sharp showed the latest trajectory of this weekend’s tropical cyclone.
The Commanders, Bills game will take place at FedEx Field which doesn’t feature a roof. M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore also does not have a roof. Last but not least is MetLife Stadium which also does not have a roof.
Bad weather can turn passing games into running affairs which may bode well for Zach Wilson and the Jets since he tossed numerous interceptions last week against the Dallas Cowboys. Also, he has struggled a lot against Bill Belichick and the Patriots.
The Commanders are 2-0 and may benefit from the weather slowing down Josh Allen who is coming off a game where he completed 31 of his 37 passing attempts for 274 yards and three touchdowns.
