Prosecutors on Wednesday formally charged Henry Ruggs III for allegedly driving drunk when he crashed into another car, killing the driver.
The former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver was arrested after the two-vehicle collision that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor, and her dog.
Prosecutors allege Ruggs was driving 156 miles per hour just before the crash and had a blood-alcohol content of .161, twice the legal limit.
Newly released 911 calls capture the moment witnesses started to report the fiery crash.
