The woman who allegedly stabbed Terrelle Pryor has no been charged with attempted homicide. Shalaya Briston was charged with attempted homicide and aggravated assault in the altercation that led to Pryor being stabbed Friday night in Pittsburgh.
Free agent WR Terrelle Pryor was also charged with simple assault.
Both of them were characterized by police as “mutual combatants.”
More details suggested that Pryor and Briston had a tumultuous relationship, and a witness was overheard at the hospital saying “we should have just let him die.”

Pryor, a former Ohio State Buckeye quarterback and 1,000-yard NFL receiver, is said to in stable condition after undergoing surgery.
