I guess Terrell Owens is not too fond of Dak Prescott.
The former NFL wide receiver, who spent 3 seasons with the Cowboys, went on a local radio station in Dallas to state that the team needs to shed itself of Dak Prescott and sign Tom Brady.
“They have a quarterback that’s a free agent in Tom Brady,” Owens told the Joe, Lo & Dibs show on 95.7 The Game. “That’s the next move.”
Owens doesn’t have an issue with Dak, its just a feeling he has since the powers to be haven’t gave Dak a contract yet.
“He hasn’t extended Dak’s contract,” Owens said of Jones. “So, that leads me to believe he truly doesn’t believe in Dak. If he had, then I think he would have already got a contract extension.”
Prescott has good regular season numbers, but he’s just 1-2 in three playoff games with an average passer rating of 95.7. It should also be said that he is a two-time Pro Bowler and was the AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2016.
The young quarterback is fresh off his most prolific season, having completed 65.1 percent of his passes for 4,902 yards (second in the NFL), 30 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, equaling a 99.7 passer rating.

The Jones’ fought every step of the way to try and get a team-friendly deal out of Prescott, but nothing ever came of it. It remains to be seen if Jones would actually go the Tom Brady route if he gets that desperate to win a Super Bowl.
