A few days ago, Drew Pearson gathered family, friends and reporters to watch the Hall of Fame announcement for the 2020 class, but had no clue he would not hear his name on this night.
What was caught on TV was his pure and unfiltered frustration from being snubbed yet again.
Everybody seemed to feel sorry for him…except Terrell Owens.
The former NFL WR took to Twitter and stated how much he did not feel sorry for Pearson for he was treated by some years ago.
Owens is referring to 2012 when Pearson was the general manager for the IFL’s Allen Wranglers. Owens had refused to play in two road games and missed out on a mandatory team event. He was soon cut. Pearson later stated he needed to better handle himself “outside the lines.”

Pearson, who starred for the Cowboys from 1973 to 1983, was a three-time Pro Bowler, a three-time First Team All-Pro, a Super Bowl champion, and was named to the NFL’s 1970s All-Decade Team.
