Terrell Owens was tragically hit by a vehicle on Monday night after he reportedly got into an argument during a pickup basketball game earlier in the evening.
TMZ was told by police officers that the former NFL wide receiver was shooting hoops in the Calabasas area when he apparently got into an argument with someone else on the court. Things escalated to a dangerous level after that argument.
“We’re told following the game, the man who had been beefing with the NFL legend got into a car … and drove the vehicle right into the former wide receiver’s knee.
Thankfully, cops say Owens did not require medical attention.”
The police took a report for assault with a deadly weapon but no arrests have been made as of yet.
This is not the first incident Owens has found himself in over the years.
Back in August, the Hall of Fame wide receiver had a heated argument with a neighbor that led to police involvement. Owens took out his phone and started live-streaming video of the argument. Davis accused Owens of driving recklessly and nearly hitting her with his car. Owens denied the allegations. The neighbor was charged with a second-degree misdemeanor for false reports.

Owens played for the Eagles in 2004 and 2005. He also spent time with the San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals. The six-time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro retired from his 15-year career in 2010.
A prolific receiver with great hands and a knack for making big plays, his career totals were 1,078 catches for 15,934 yards, 14.8 yards per catch, and 153 TDs. The yardage total ranked second all-time and his touchdown reception total was third most in NFL history at the time of his retirement.
