According to The Tennessean, head coach Mike Vrabel has incorporated a sand pit in a corner of the practice field where Vrabel banishes players who are dumb enough to throw a punch at a teammate.
Those players in the sand pit are required to finish their workout routines in what is likely hot sand.
Vrabel has already gone on record to state how much he hates fighting.
“That’s dumb sh*t that hurts the team. Might as well practice those things now and make an emphasis of go as hard as you want, but don’t throw a punch. Don’t be a second guy or retaliate. We might as well practice the way we’re hopefully gonna play,” the Titans head coach explained.
The sand pit dates back to 2019, but back then, it was used for injured players to take some stress off while training. Somewhere along the way, Vrabal decided to switch it up and use it as a form of punishment.
Athletes and anybody who has ever run on or tried to work out in the sand knows how terrible it can be, so imagine how much madder fighting players are when they have to finish their workout in the sand pit of hell.
Last season, the Titans ended a streak of six straight winning seasons by losing their final seven games to finish 7-10, their worst record since going 3-13 in 2015.

The biggest issue with the team will be the same one this year and that is the QB position that has veteran Ryan Tannehill returning with second-year player Malik Willis and rookie Will Levis.
Tannehill tossed for 2,536 yards with 13 touchdowns and six interceptions. He only played in 12 games due to injury. Things should be better this year after the team went out and signed WR DeAndre Hopkins in free agency.
