The Tennessee Titans got a huge win and moved to 4-0 on the season after destroying the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday Night Football.
Everybody on the team was happy, except for one player who reportedly wants out.
According to NFL insiders Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero, Titans linebacker Kamalei Correa has requested a trade after he was inactive for Tennessee’s 42-16 win over the Bills. Correa has gotten only 39 snaps for the teams through their first four games and reportedly wants to “get an opportunity elsewhere”.
The team plans to give him what he wants, but if no trade partner can be found, he’ll be released from the roster.
Correa is in his third year with the Titans after re-signing on a one-year, $3.5 million deal this past offseason.
In Tennessee’s playoff run last year, Correa started all three games, recording 13 tackles and 2.0 sacks.
