The Tennessee Titans are rumored to be keen on a trade that would shake up the NFL Draft.
Understood to be after the Arizona Cardinals’ No. 3 pick, the Titans are also reported to be high on C.J. Stroud, who has slipped down the board, as analysts would have it.
That’s according to NFL insider Marcus Mosher, who’s claiming there’s plenty of talk going on about the Titans trading up in order to draft Stroud. “The C.J. Stroud to Tennessee at No. 3 whispers continue to get louder and louder,” Mosher reported on Thursday morning.
The Cards are obviously not going to draft a QB in 2023, so they are likely to consider all offers as any of them would mean multiple picks over the next few years. They have become a target for teams looking to trade up as it’s no secret that they’re committed to Kyler Murray.
Meanwhile, the Titans currently own the No. 11 pick in the upcoming selection period, while their quarterback contingent is made up of veteran Ryan Tannehill and a player heading into year two, Malik Willis.
They probably wouldn’t have thought it was possible to land Stroud at No. 3 a few weeks ago as the Ohio State star was tipped to go first overall.

However, his draft stock has dropped in recent days, with Bryce Young now favored to be picked at No.1 by the Carolina Panthers. The Houston Texans are thought to be keen on selecting either a pass rusher or QB Will Levis with their No. 2 pick as they’re thought to want nothing to do with Stroud.
