When it comes to ‘First Take,’ the co-hosts on the show know just what to say to get the viewers riled up. For much of the season, the topics on the show surrounding the New England Patriots have been about Tom Brady and how he looks to be slowing down.
After defeating the Los Angeles Chargers in the Divisional Round to get to another Championship game, but instead of giving Brady and Patriots props, Max Kellerman ripped into Brady about his production and the type of throws he had to complete in the game that any QB could’ve done.
This week, former Patriots legend Tedy Bruschi was a guest on the show and he had a bone to pick with Max Kellerman about his comments on Tom Brady and the Patriots essentially ‘falling off a cliff’ in terms of their production.
“I just think you’re struggling at your job a little bit,” Bruschi to Kellerman on his job talking about sports.
You can hear the discomfort in that forced laugh from Kellerman that lets you know Bruschi got him real good and he had nothing to say in response to it.
