Teddy Bridgewater’s offseason training is on an entirely different level than every other athlete.
The new quarterback of the Carolina Panthers went out for a bike ride on Saturday and ended up riding 74 miles from West Palm Beach to North Miami along the Florida coastline.
Bridgewater burned more than 3,000 calories after starting just after 7 a.m. and arriving in Miami at 2:22 p.m.
Earlier this offseason, Bridgewater signed a three-year, $63 million deal with the Panthers. Before he made his trip to Carolina, he started five games for the Saints in 2019, racking up 1,205 yards, nine touchdowns, and two interceptions while Drew Brees was out due to injury.
