Teddy Bridgewater needs all the prayers right now.
After scrambling out of the pocket, the Broncos QB went airborn and fell face first to the ground. He was clearly knocked unconscious.
The cart had to be called out onto the field to assist Bridgewater off the field. He was replaced by Drew Lock.
Bridgewater entered the game with 18 touchdowns and 7 interceptions in 13 starts. The Broncos could be without him for a while. He’s out for today’s game against Cincinnati at the very least, as this is shaping up to be a must-win game for both clubs. They both entered the contest with identical 7-6 records as they battle it out for the three wild card spots in the AFC.
Bridgewater had 98 yards passing, 10 rushing yards, and was sacked twice before exiting the ballgame.
