Bad news for the Miami Dolphins as they could be down another quarterback thanks to another head injury.
With Tua Tagovailoa already dealing with a concussion and not expected back anytime soon, the Dolphins were set to roll with Teddy Bridgewater. But they may have to scrap that plan after the QB was taken to the locker room with an apparent head injury.
Bridgewater was taken down hard in his own end zone during today’s game against the Jets. He was called for intentional grounding on the play, resulting in a safety for New York.
According to Ian Rapoport, his return to the game is questionable, as he is being evaluated for head and elbow injuries.
He has been replaced by Dolphins third string quarterback, rookie Skylar Thompson.
