Travis Kelce says the NFL is overdoing the hype around his rumored romance with Taylor Swift and he may have a serious point about that.
Cameras repeatedly caught the singer during her time in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium when the Chiefs faced the Chicago Bears. Cameras were even more ready the following week when she showed up at MetLife Stadium when the Chiefs defeated the New York Jets.
The cameras easily found her because the NFL is reportedly using a piece of a piece of tape that has her name on it so the camera people can easily know where she is seated when the broadcast needs a quick shot of her reactions.
Despite even more hoopla this week, the pop sensation did not show up to US Bank Stadium on Sunday to see the Chiefs face the Minnesota Vikings.
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce went down with a noncontact ankle injury in Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings but he would soon return to the game. Kelce caught a short pass from Patrick Mahomes early in the second quarter and went down on the U.S. Bank Stadium turf without being tackled.
In all, Kelce finished Week 5 with a season-high 10 catches for 67 yards and a touchdown.
