Taylor Swift wasn’t around for the Chiefs’ game against the Vikings this Sunday, but she’s still getting blamed for Travis Kelce’s injury.
The star tight end is rumored to be dating Taylor, who was in attendance during the last two Chiefs games. And the “Taylor Swift Curse” is following what appeared to be a scary injury for Kelce.
The 34-year-old appeared to hurt his leg while attempting to turn during the game and had to leave the field thereafter. Kelce missed the first game of the season with a knee injury and the Chiefs ended up losing to the Lions.
The Chiefs would have hated to lose their star man for a second time this season. But he was able to return to the field and has since scored a touchdown.
At the time of the injury, however, Taylor took some heat, with fans flooding X to assert the aforementioned curse was to blame.

Well, it appears the curse isn’t a real thing.
Kelce is already back and making an impact, with the Chiefs up 27-20 at the time of writing.
