Tom Brady returned to the field Sunday, leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers against the Pittsburgh Steelers, amid his ongoing marital drama.
Brady and the Buccaneers fell 20-18 to the Steelers, leaving the away game with a 3-3 record on the season. The offense wasn’t right all game long and it may have had something to do with Brady skipping Tampa Bay Buccaneers walk-through practice and final meetings to attend Robert Kraft’s wedding in New York City.
Former NFL star offensive lineman Nick Mangold ripped Brady on social media.
“Must be nice to skip Saturday morning meetings and team travel. I’m sure the locker room has no issue with this whatsoever,” Mangold tweeted.
Former longtime NFL offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth also found issues with what Brady did.
“I’m going to be honest. It’s probably not a fun take to say, but to me it bothered me,” Whitworth said on “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” Monday. “It bothered me because that’s how I look up to Tom Brady…That’s a pivotal day to get ready and prepare.”

The offense is in a funk, his personal life is in a funk. Something needs to change.
