This is not expected to slow him down because Watt reportedly plans to continue playing after Pittsburgh’s bye week, but might need to have it surgically repaired after the season.

In five games, the 28-year-old leads the NFL with eight sacks, plus 15 combined tackles, seven tackles for loss, four passes defended, three fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles.
Watt is coming off a season that was shortened by a torn pectoral muscle and knee surgery, posting only 5.5 sacks and eight tackles for loss in 10 games.
