T.J. Watt thinks the league is against him.
The Pittsburgh Steelers edge-rusher made it clear how unhappy he is being officiated this season after the Steelers lost to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
“The NFL has something going against me, so I don’t want to talk any more negatively toward them,” Watt told reporters.
“I don’t know what I did, but I’ll leave it at that.”
Watt had been hurt on a play that it appeared he was held on, but did not draw a penalty from the officials. Watt had to leave the game early in the fourth quarter with his team already down 17-3.
Arizona, entering Acrisure Stadium with a lowly 2-10 record, looked more like the team built for the Steelers’ division, pummeling Pittsburgh 24-10.
Sunday’s loss dropped the Pittsburgh Steelers to 7-5 on the season and third place in the AFC North behind the Baltimore Ravens who have a record of 9-3 and the Cleveland Browns who have a record of 7-4. The Browns have lost two games in a row and are finding life hard without Deshaun Watson.

The team has no time to sulk about this loss as Pittsburgh is set to host the Patriots on Thursday night in Week 14. This will not be an easy win as the Patriots’ defense has been stout the past few games. However, they are the first team in the Super Bowl era to lose three straight games all while allowing 10 or fewer points.
