T. J. Ward sees a big problem in the National Football League, and it’s not just the current crop of players.
The former NFL safety recently took to Twitter to state that we criticize players all the time, but not enough attention is being brought on the bad coaching in the league.
“We talk about the players too often. It’s some terrible coaching in the NFL. TERRIBLE!!!”
“Everyone a new guru. How many gurus are there? How about basic fundamentals and technique.”
The most notable name that many people believe will be fired for being bad at his job is Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett.

Hackett is in his first season with the Broncos and he has not impressed anybody just a few games in.
As for Ward, he played college ball at Oregon, and was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft. Ward played for Cleveland from 2010 to 2013, before joining the Denver Broncos.
He spent three years in Denver where he won Super Bowl 50 against the Carolina Panthers to cap off the 2015 seasons. He also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2017. The two-time Pro Bowl selection (2013, 2014) and was named a second-team All-Pro in 2013.
He was a member of the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad in 2020 before announcing his retirement.
