On Sunday, the Buffalo Bills gave the Kansas City Chiefs their first loss of the NFL season. Of course, if the Chiefs play a game, there will be some mention of Taylor Swift.
Usually, when this happens, it’s NFL fans complaining about Swift’s coverage, but this time, it revolves around a player’s wife.
After the game, the wife of Baylon Spector, a linebacker with the Bills, posted an Instagram story of her and friends that read, “9-2! Never a swiftie.”
Swift certainly has a passionate fanbase that could seem as protective of her as any NFL fan is about their team, and they ripped into Spector.

Of course, though, there isn’t super anything disrespectful about the post. It’s not as if Spector is taking a personal shot at Swift; it seems to be just a light-hearted joke that was taken out of context.
However, NFL fans often react similarly when they think someone has disrespected their favorite team or player, so maybe being an NFL fan truly rubs off on the Swifties.
Everyone should remember to remove Swift’s name from their social media unless they want to suffer the same fate.
Taylor Swift Was Not At The Chiefs-Bills Game
Swift was just in Toronto, Canada, as one of the stops on her “Eras Tour,” not too far from Buffalo, where the game was played.
However, she was not in attendance, and many who thought she would be were confused.
Mehera Bonner of Cosmopolitan did their best to clear some of that confusion.
“There was some speculation that Taylor might attend since she doesn’t have an Eras Tour performance lined up today and was just in nearby Toronto,” Bonner wrote. “But a few things to note: 1) Taylor is reportedly only attending Chiefs home games in Kansas City due to security reasons. And on top of that, sports commentator Adam Lefkoe says she and the Kelce family didn’t have the best time at last year’s Chiefs vs. Bills game in Buffalo.”
