The Miami Dolphins fell short in the playoffs last season, but they can feel some pride when it over their standards as they’ve been revealed to have the most player-friendly working environment in the NFL.
With the NFLPA team report cards for 2024 dropping this Wednesday, several teams have been left holding embarrassing scores. The Fins have no such concerns, though, having seen players vote them in as the highest-ranked side, with owner Stephen Ross being rated as the top individual in his position among the 32 teams.
“The club owner’s ranking reflects the strong performance in key areas that players care about, including the quality of their facilities, the comfort of players’ travel, and the quality and quantity of staff across multiple categories,” the report notes.
The Dolphins were ranked No. 1 in six of the 11 categories scored, including food, training room, training staff, weight room, team travel, and ownership.
“The state-of-the-art facilities continue to impress, but more importantly, are complemented by the number of quality trainers, strength coaches and other support staff who help make the workplace experience one of the best across the league.”

Meanwhile, the Washington Commanders have been ranked dead last as it appears that not much has changed since the Dan Snyder era. In all fairness, though, the new administration hasn’t had much time and players will most likely see things improve by next season.
