Ticket prices for Super Bowl 58 between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers are dropping at a considerable rate, day-by-day.
According to GameTime.co, the cheapest “get-in” price for the Chiefs-49ers Super Bowl on Monday was $9,985. That number dropped all the way down to $9,309 by Wednesday, to $8,603 on Thursday and down to $7,751 by Friday. The ticket prices include fees and taxes.
And as of 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday afternoon, the cheapest ticket was $5,183 for an upper sideline view in section 418.
Super Bowl 58 will serve as a rematch of Super Bowl 54, where the Chiefs defeated the 49ers 31-20 thanks to 21 unanswered fourth quarter points. Patrick Mahomes and company are trying to become the first team to win back-to-back Super Bowl titles since the 2003 and ’04 New England Patriots.
As for the 49ers, a victory would cement a sixth Super Bowl and place them in a three-way tie with the Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers for the most championships among an NFL franchise.
