Tom Brady made his much anticipated return to New England last season to take on his former team, the Patriots, during a Week 4 Sunday night matchup. It was a close game throughout, with Brady and the Bucs ultimately pulling out a 19-17 victory.
During the second half, the camera panned to the Patriots sidelines where linebackers coach Stephen Belichick, son of head coach Bill Belichick, could be seen making a series of weird faces while sticking out his tongue.
Needless to say, social media had a field day with this. Steve instantly went viral, as countless GIFs of him flooded the internet.
Stephen recently sat down with Chris Long on his “Green Light” Podcast and talked about the famous incident.
“I got killed after that game. I became a gif and you know everyone loves to see that. I was just thinking a lot and try to stay ahead of it.“
