A former Patriots running back was arrested for disorderly conduct in Mississippi over the weekend.
According to the Natchez Democrat, Stevan Ridley was arrested at a Natchez nightclub at 1 a.m. early Sunday morning. He was released on a $750 bond.
Details of the arrest have yet to be released. The 34-year-old grew up in Natchez before he started playing football at LSU. He was drafted in the third round by the Patriots in 2011.
Ridley played four seasons for the Patriots. He later appeared in games for the Jets, Falcons, and Steelers in his eight-year NFL career.
Ridley was a member of the Patriots team that won the Super Bowl in 2014-2015. He did not play in the postseason due to injury.
In his NFL career, Ridley rushed the ball 743 times for 3,102 yards and 24 touchdowns in 73 regular-season games.
