The Rams rookie quarterback left the team early in the 2023 season and there has been little explanation as to the reason behind his placement on the reserve/non-injury football list.
Bennett opened the season as the team’s No. 2 quarterback behind Matthew Stafford. The team would promote Brett Rypien to take Bennett’s place on the roster before ultimately signing Carson Wentz.
