Stephen A. Smith is a dedicated Dallas Cowboys hater.
The Dallas Cowboys hadn’t won on Thanksgiving in their last three tries, but things would be much different this time around despite a shaky start.
The Cowboys improved to 8-3 thanks to a 28-20 win over the New York Giants at AT&T Stadium. After being down at halftime, the Cowboys rattled off 21 unanswered points until a meaningless late fourth-quarter Giants touchdown.
Cowboys hater Stephen A. Smith may have to deal with the fact that the team is good right now, but he urges fellow haters to just to wait for them to collapse.
“The confidence that I have when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys is that, just be patient. They WILL fall!” he said on Get Up. “I understand it looks good right now, but be patient. When they go up against better teams… we shall see. I’m not sold.”
Dak Prescott completed 21-of-30 pass attempts for 261 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while adding two rushes for four yards in Thursday’s 28-20 win over the Giants. Prescott shook off two early interceptions with a solid comeback victory over their division rivals on Thanksgiving. The quarterback now has multiple passing touchdowns in four straight games.
