The Dallas Cowboys were cruising this year, but a Week 3 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals has put a season on hold as Dallas took a shocking loss that no one was expecting.
The Arizona Cardinals were double-digit underdogs and they took down the 2-0 Cowboys.
The Cowboys entered the day as one of the league’s powerhouses after a 40-0 win over the New York Giants and a 30-10 victory over the New York Jets, but they were facing inferior quarterbacks. They were also facing another one in Joshua Dobbs, but he did enough to secure the win.
After the game, Stephen A. Smith couldn’t wait to troll them as he released a video shortly after the loss.
Dak Prescott completed 25 of 40 passes for 249 yards and a touchdown for the Cowboys, while Tony Pollard rushed for 122 yards on 23 carries.
Dobbs completed 17 of his 21 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown, while James Conner and Rondale Moore each had a rushing score.
