Stephen A. Smith and his rants are already something we can expect each and every time he speaks up on a particular topic.
With the world not having anything to see as far as the sporting world goes, his rants are actually much appreciated.
This week, the ESPN star shared a video clip from Wednesday’s “First Take” with a baby filter on everybody’s head and it was quite hilarious as they argued over Tom Brady and his decision to leave the Patriots for the Bucs.
“If the New England Patriots, specifically Bill Belichick — I believe, this is my personal belief, nothing else — if (Brady) were treated better by Bill Belichick and not treated as somebody that’s just, ‘You know what? You’re just another player,’ as opposed to a six-time Super Bowl champion, the quarterback who has led this franchise to nine Super Bowl appearances over the last 19, 20 years, if he was treated as such and acknowledged in that fashion, I don’t believe that Tom Brady would be departing from the New England Patriots for next season. I don’t believe he would’ve said goodbye.”
