Stephen A. Smith is trying to change the game.
The ESPN personality reportedly wanted Max Kellerman off ‘First Take’ and got what he wanted. Now, it seems he has free reign to do whatever the hell he wants to do.
On Tuesday, Smith spoke on people who have talked about sitting across from him on the sports show to give him a piece of their mind. He then gave an open challenge to anybody, which includes fans from social media to bring it anytime.
“…In the world of sports and entertainment on many, many occasions there have been many people that said they’ve wanted a piece of me to sit across from that chair…and the chair is open.”
“Not just the folks in sports, meaning the athletes, the coaches, etc. Not just the world of entertainment who think they might know something about sports, but I might even entertain bringing a couple of fans up in here.”
“It depends on who they are. I don’t run from anybody.”
