Stefon Diggs has broken his silence on a hot mic catching a reporter criticizing him during media availability on Wednesday.
Mandy Glab, who has been covering the Buffalo Bills since 2019, was heard making claims that paint Diggs in a very bad light after another reporter suggested she ask him for an interview.
“There’s no control over Stefon Diggs,” she said. “He’s going to do what he wants to do. He’ll look in my face and say, ‘F You.’ That’s how he treats everybody.”
Glab has since apologized, claiming the comments were made as a joke. But Diggs has taken to X to share his feelings in a series of tweets, admitting he was hurt by them.
“The audio shared was very hurtful. And was insulting to my character and to how I was raised,” the wide receiver wrote. “I’ve always treated people how I want to be treated. I greet everyone with smiles and respect. From the people in our cafe to the people that keep our building in clean & in order.”

“Stef marches to the beat of his own drum, and I love that about him,” Glab said in an apology in which she insisted the wide receiver is one of her favorite players to cover.
“He has a playful relationship with our video department, so that’s why I said he probably wouldn’t say yes to me grabbing him for an interview. I should not have said what I said, and I apologize for that. Stef is not in the wrong. I am.”
Diggs is already thought to have a strained relationship with the Bills, so there are fears such an incident could convince him to force his way out.
