Buffalo Bills’ star wide receiver Stefon Diggs has given his first public message since news broke that he missed the club’s mandatory minicamp session on Tuesday.
As you can see in the screenshot below (courtesy of Ari Meirov), Diggs posted the following message on his Instagram story: ” I just be letting people cap. If them lies help you sleep better tell em big dawg.”
Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott admitted he was “very concerned” about Diggs missing Tuesday’s session. Quarterback Josh Allen added that the club is “working on” stuff that isn’t related to football.
As you’d expect, many fans are naturally wondering if Diggs is unhappy about his situation in Buffalo. The star wideout made headlines back in January when he left the locker room early following the Bills’ disappointing loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Divisional Round.

At any rate, we’ll just have to wait and see how the matter plays out. Here’s hoping everything is okay with Diggs and the Buffalo football family.
Diggs was acquired from the Minnesota Vikings in a blockbuster 2020 trade. Diggs exceeded 100 receptions and 1,200 receiving yards through each of his first three seasons in Buffalo, even leading the NFL in catches (127) and receiving yards (1,535) in 2020.
Diggs has led the Bills to three straight AFC East division crowns and three postseason victories during his storied tenure in Buffalo. Obviously, it’s imperative for the organization to get on the same page as their star wideout.
