Randy Fichtner is going viral this week over some eye-popping comments he had to say about his players.
The Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator was asked about his wide receivers efforts during the past game against the Ravens, when he gave an epic comment:
Fichtner said his young wide receivers are “like a fart in a skillet.”
I assume Fichtner was trying to compliment his receiving corps on their athleticism. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool and James Washington provide a wide range of skills, but I don’t think anybody has ever told them they are a fart in a skillet.
Roethlisberger is getting rid of the football faster than he ever has in his career, which lets those WR’s bounce around like Fichtner was talking about.
