On Sunday Night Football, a scary scene happened late in the fourth quarter game between the Steelers and the Seahawks. Seattle defensive end Darrell Taylor appeared to suffer a serious injury neck injury that brought the game to a complete stop as he stayed down on the ground, nearly motionless as medical personnel came out to tend to his possible neck injury.
Taylor was eventually carted off the field with his neck immobilized.
Unfortunately as this was happening, Steelers fans were in their seats actually doing the wave and it was not appreciated by those who witnessed it happen.

The 24-year-old Taylor was a second-round pick of the Seahawks in the 2020 draft. He was a standout pass rusher at Tennessee where he finished in the top five in sacks in the SEC twice. He played in each of the team’s five games this season. He came into Sunday with four sacks, a forced fumbles and 12 total tackles.
We can only hope his injury wasn’t that serious and he will be able to return at some point this season.
