Chandler Jones has had a very rough year.
The two-time All-Pro and four-time Pro bowler was recently involved in another incident with police, this time in Arizona.
Chandler, who is currently a free agent, posted a nighttime video to his Instagram showing officers from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in his yard explaining that they were there because they got a call about him burning furniture in his backyard.
The former Raiders pass rusher denied burning any such items as he asked the lawmen not to come any closer.
“We got a phone call that you were burning your furniture,” the officers told Jones. He insisted that the blaze was contained and offered to bring out the firewood to prove it.
In a daytime video, likely from a separate incident, an officer is shown telling him, “Mr. Jones, we’ve got to talk about why we’re here now.”
Then the recording device calls while Jones is heard screaming, “Wait, wait, no!”

The officers are also heard explaining that they’re “there to help” before the video ends.
TMZ reported having reached out to the police for comment but not getting any word back.
Jones has been arrested twice over the last few months, both times in Vegas, for violations of a domestic violence temporary protection order.
The Raiders cut him after his first arrest in September and he hasn’t been able to find another team, despite being one of the best pass rushers available on the market.
