The Cleveland Browns could have a problem on their hands heading into the 2024 NFL season as rookie Michael Hall Jr. is likely to be arrested.
The first-year defensive lineman, drafted in the second round back in April, has impressed throughout his time with the team, and the Browns are looking forward to what he might be able to do when the games begin to matter.
However, according to The Athletic’s Zac Jackson, the player is expected to be taken into custody over a domestic dispute that took place on Monday night.
“Source: Browns rookie DT Michael Hall is expected to be arrested following a domestic dispute Monday night,” was all Jackson could report on the matter as no other details have been made available.

Hall made 24 tackles and 1.5 sacks for the Buckeyes last season, before the Cleveland Browns selected him as the 54th overall pick.
The 21-year-old, who stands at 6ft 3in and weighs 300lbs, has been touted as a player who could carve become a starter early in his career, though that is now in doubt following news of his impending arrest.
While there’s no word on what took place, it seems like a very serious matter, though folks shouldn’t rush to judgment due to the lack of information.
