Football fans in Cincinnati and Cleveland have been suffering for quite some time, but one person thinks they have a solution for their football owes.
It actually has nothing to do with football or having better coaches, players, or ownership, but rather medicinal marijuana.
According to Cincinnati.com, a petition to make “Bengals/Browns Fans” an official medical marijuana condition was submitted last month to the State Medical Board of Ohio.
“Yes, someone actually submitted a petition to add being a @Bengals or @Browns fan as a qualifying condition for medical marijuana.”

Browns and Bengals fans will just have to find other ways to cope with the stress of being fans of two terrible franchises.
